  • Learners will experience the dynamic of group experimentation during course intensive in San Francisco.
  • Learners will explore the personal leadership qualities and competencies necessary for initiating and leading a community in formation practices.
  • Learners will participate in a class group formation experiment.
  • Learners will design, facilitate and evaluate a group formation experiment in their ministry context.
