Regardless of whether I'm within the ten limit or not...i only see 9...but I've launched into reading parts of your book when I visit Borders on a very regular basis. The last I read was a section about artistry and its catalytic grasp on the artist's emotions: laying themselves bare by the production of their own talents, whether it chalk, paint, words, or miming. Pointing to the heavens after a homerun or touchdown, though honorable, cannot touch the heart as truly as creating works that make oneself utterly vulnerable. Upon seeing the works of an artist who has put everything deep, secret, and dear into their canvas, the viewer will be left no other option but to assess change. Pictures, events, mistakes, accomplishments, and action will never be forgotten, therefore the graffiti in the mind, heart, and soul. I completely agree with your book through experiences in my own life. I have loved your insight and street-level guidance in all matters. Thank you for such a positive work of art!

I read your piece in the Emergent Manifesto of Hope this afternoon and found it helpful. I suspect I missed being the first 10 bloggers to request for the book. :-) Then again mailing to Malaysia would be a bit more expensive ...
